Karishma Adair

Downstream Processing Development and ADC Supply Chain

Karishma Adair is a seasoned CMC leader with nearly 20 years of experience in biologics development from preclinical to commercial stages. She has held key roles at Amgen, MedImmune (An Astra Zeneca Company), Lonza, and Elevation Oncology, with expertise in DS and DP development, cGMP manufacturing, tech transfer, CDMO management, and global regulatory strategy. Her work has supported programs like Enbrel®, Vectibix®, Repatha®, Fortical®, and Lumoxiti®. At Elevation Oncology, she led CMC strategy for clinical-stage oncology assets, overseeing manufacturing, labeling, packaging, supply logistics, and process optimization. Karishma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University and an executive certificate in Leading for Organizational Impact from the Center for Creative Leadership. Her consulting services include advising biologics companies on CMC strategy and execution, regulatory documentation, and capability-building of technical teams.
